Limmy's Show!
Brian performed his Fringe show in Blackfriars lastnight and it was a great night, brilliant atmosphere and lots of laughs. I've seen the show about 8 times now and I hear Brian rehearsing it all the time so I know it like the back of my hand, but it still makes me laugh. My favourite bits are Jacqueline MaCafferty's Big Brother Audition Tape and Xanders sketch. If you can get to the Fringe show on Tuesday in the Edinburgh Stand then go, it's your last chance to see it, probably. http://www.thestand.co.uk/listings/listings_edin.htm

Aye it was a crackin night. Couldnae fault a bit of it. In fact, I could. The magician newsreader. I thought it was 'magic'. But see all the folk that went to the toilet during it, then made there way back during JMcCs sketch? Hunners. Could hardly see the screen.
btw. me and the wife were stood next to you at the bar upstairs when we first came in. I was gonnae say hello but was worried you might have been creeped out by some big stranger saying 'I know you. I've seen photos of you. But you dont know me'kinda thing. I wouldnae have said it exactly like that mind, in case I scared ye. Then the wife would have turned round and seen me freaking out a lassie at the bar, and all hell woulda broke loose. Just wisnae worth the hassle.
Maybe next time you find yourself standing next to me in a pub your opening line could be something less creepy like, 'I've been watching you', I think that would be ok.
Aye. Something along the lines of...."I love that jacket you wore to work last Tuesday. I've never seen you wearing it before. Is it new? It smelled kinda new."
